Electrical Installation

We are able to perform installation of electrical equipment, cable trays and cables in production plants and on “skid mounted units”. Installation activities are fully comply with the required industrial standards and where applicable our staff is also certified to execute installation activities on equipment for use in hazardous locations.

instrumentation Tubing

We are able to perform the installation of instrumentation tubing from 1/8” (3mm) up to 1,1/2” (38mm) with bends and couplings. The installation of tubing includes the assembly of instruments, manifold blocks and valves.

Panel Fabrication

We are in the possession of a spacious, well equipped workshop where the panels are assembled and wired. There is basically no limit in the design and fabrication. An overall fabrication of panels for standard industrial environments or for environments where there is a risk of explosion, in accordance to the ATEX / IECEx guidelines.

Containerized Applications

Over the years we have gained knowledge and experience in the design of transportable (mobile) application for the different industries; oil- and gas, petrochemical, process and others. Also purged and air conditioned.

Engineering

ABC-Techniek has a track record in consulting and engineering for a wide range of End Users, OEM (manufactures of pumps, compressor and others) and skid fabricators. Sharing the experience (and benefits) of being multidisciplinary over a period of 30 years. From a component to a complete system, ABC-Techniek is there to assist you!

Commissioning, service and support

The completion of control panels and electrical installations does not mean involvement from ABC-Techniek is over. We are able to provide service, commissioning and support on the delivered installations both national and international.

Inspection

Our staff is certified to execute inspections in particular on electrical installation in hazardous locations. The professional competence is warranted by the IECEx 05 Certification of Personnel Competence (CoPC).
